Libreta alterada romántica

 Hola Corazones,

Espero que estéis pasando un buen mes de agosto, disfrutando quizá de unas merecidas vacaciones, visitando tal vez, algún familiar, algunos amigos. En cualquier caso, os deseo estéis bien de salud. Por aquí, seguimos todos bien, soportando esta ola de calor intenso,  que solo  una brisa de mar puede ayudarnos a que se nos haga más leve. Pero, así es el verano verdad. A disfrutar pues, siempre que se pueda.

Hoy os traigo una libreta alterada que  hice el año pasado, durante el estado de alarma., fue un regalo  para Isa, la novia de mi hijo, los dos aparecen en la foto, y le encantó.

I hope you are having a good month of August, perhaps enjoying a well-deserved vacation, perhaps visiting  family or some friends. In any case, I wish you are in good health. Around here, we are all doing well, enduring this wave of intense heat, which only a sea breeze can help. But, this is the true summer, so  enjoy it, whenever  it´s possible.

Today I bring you an altered notebook that I made last year, during the state of alarm. It was a gift for Isa, my son's girlfriend, they both appear in the photo, and she loved it.

Primero le dí al cuaderno una buena capa de gesso, luego le pegué la transferencia de imágen sobre tela, usé plantillas y pasta de textura, pinté con acrílicas rosas y blancas. En la parte posterior, le pegué un dibujo vintage y añadí varios sellos. Le pegué puntilla en el lomo, y agregué  purpurina y un charm  metálico de corazón.

First I gave the notebook a good coat of gesso, then I glued the image transfer onto fabric, I used stencils and texture paste, I painted with pink and white acrylics. On the back, I glued a vintage drawing to it and added several stamps. I glued lace on the spine, and added glitter and a metallic heart charm.
