Parece que el tiempo nos da una tregua y está algo más cálido por aquí. En primer lugar quiero dar la bienvenida a mi última seguidora Kathy Inozarks, de Hummingbird Woodland Studio, Muchas gracias por acompañarme.

Hoy os traigo una tarjeta que he creado inspirándome en la fabulosa propuesta  de esta quincena en Try it on Tuesday : White Space or Colourful Grunge.  Yo he elegido White Space, bueno, hay un poco de  todo al decir verdad. También me tomo un té con Bleubeard & Elizabeth,  de Altered Book Lover, y todo el equipo del T-day Party,  Happy T-day ! ( aunque sea miércoles ). Today I bring you a card that I have created, inspired by the fabulous proposal for this fortnight  in Try it on Tuesday  :  White Space or Colourful Grunge.  I have chosen White Space, well, there´s a bit of everything if I tell the truth. I also take a cup of tea with Bleubeard & Elizabeth, from  Altered Book Lover, and the entire T-day Party team over T stands for Tuesday.  Happy T-day !! Para crear el fondo de la tarjeta he pegado servilletas de papel con motivos florales sobre una hoja musical impresa, y a su vez, sobre una cartulina negra y otra blanca. La taza, las flores y el sentimiento están impresss y coloreadas las flores con lápices de colores y remarcando con bolígrafos con glitter.
I have created the background gluing paper napkins with floral motifs on a printed musical sheet, then on a black and a white cardboards. The cup, the flowers and the sentiment have been printed and I have coloured the flowers with coloured pencils and highlighting with glitter pens.

I join T-gang party with the blue cup of the card !

Bleu ton coeur

Hola Corazones,

Espero que estéis disfrutando de un buen fin de semana, algo nuboso y con bastante viento por aquí. Aunque por la zona de Valencia, la tormenta Gloria se está despachando agusto, con mucha lluvia y fortísimos vientos.

La tarjeta de hoy tiene una flor azul, hecha con ganchillo, y deja "entrever"  el sueño de la primavera.

Feliz domingo !  🌿🌿🌳🌳🌹🌹

Papel de scrap floral sobre una cartulina beige y otra negra para el fondo, luego he añadido media blonda, un trocito de tela con motivos florales en azules y blando, la flor azul de ganchillo, dos pétalos rojos, hilitos y dos mariposas. Además he estampado el sentimiento sobre papel de scrap, he distresado los bordes y lo he pegado sobre un par de trocitos de cartón para elevarlo. Finalmente, he añadido tres perlitas blancas adhesivas.

Una estatua de una madre con su hijo que hay en una plaza.

T stands for... Gerda Taro, M&M Creative Girls, TioT & AJJ

Hola Corazones,

Hoy ha refrescado algo más que ayer por aquí, tenemos 15 ºC, aunque se está agustito en el sol, eso sí.

Hoy os traigo una página de Art journal dedicada a  Gerta Pohorylle, también Gerda Taro una valiente fotógrafa alemana,  cuya vida fue muy corta pero intensa. Este es mi Daf de octubre para M&M Creative Girls en FB con Mila y Montse, y podréis admirar otras versiones en el grupo, todas fantásticas.

Con mi página participo en el fabuloso reto de Try it on Tuesday : " What a cutie/ Make someone smile today " (Die cut y hacer sonreir a alguien hoy). Yo he optado por usar die cut.
También participo en Art Journal Journey, cuyo fantástico tema nos lo trae Jo  y es : " Something new " ( algo nuevo ), y lo nuevo es que he empezado una bolsa de diecut, con flores.

Por supuesto,  me tomo un té con Bleubeard & Elizabeth, y las maravillosas personas del T-gang, en T stands for Tuesday.  Feliz día del té !

It´s cold today here, somewhat more than yesterday, we have 15ºC, although it is very good to be at the sun, yes.

Today I bring you an Art journal page dedicated to  Gerta Pohorylle, also Gerda Taro, a brave German photographer, whose life was very short but intense. This is my  Daf from  October for  M&M Creative Girls in FB with Mila and Montse, and you can admire other versions in the group, all fantastic.

I also participate in Art Journal Journey, whose fantastic theme this month is from Jo : "Something new ", and my new thing is that I have started a diecut bag, with flowers.

He creado esta página cubriendo el fondo con pintura chalk pain en verde, beige y rosa. Luego he pegado un trozo de tela pintado y con acrílicas y esténciles, he añadido sellos de mariposas, y encima un trocito de papel scrap y  la foto sobre cartulina roja. He pegado un die cut de una flor, y he recortado otra. Para terminar, he escrito las palabras y remarcado los bordes de la página con oil pastel de Prima, en colores naranja y rojo.

I have created this page by covering the background with chalk paint,  in green, beige and pink. Then I have glued a piece of fabric painted with acrylics and stencils,  I have added a butterflies stamp, and a bit of scrap,  and the photograph on red cardboard. I added also a die cut flower, and cut another yellow flower.  Endly, I have written the words, and highlighted the edges of the page with prima oil pastel, in orange and red colours.

Bueno, ahora sí ! éstas son las últimas tarjetas de Navidad que pude hacer este año, pido disculpas por no haber publicado antes, me ha sido imposible este año. Estas Navidades hemos podido disfrutar de los mantecados, muy típicos  en España, a la derecha naranja confitada con chocolate, buenísima !
These Christmas holidays, we had enjoyed the mantecados, typish in Spain. On the right side, a candied orange with chocolate, so yummy !

También nos encanta el turrón, ya sea duro o blando, tiene una base de almendras que enloquece a todo el mundo.
We also love the turrón,  hard or soft nougat (turrón) with an almond base, really delicious.

Por supuesto no puede faltar el Pascuero, o la Flor de Pascua, hermosa !
And of course, we can´t miss the Poinsettia, lovely !

Y  estos mini-ositos son de lo más cuco, el de la izquierda es precisamente para Cynthia, ella ha elegido los colores.
And these mini bears are so tender, the one on the left is for Cynthia, she has chosen the colours.

Penúltimas tarjetitas de Navidad
