Espero que esta semana haya sido maravillosa para todo el mundo, aquí con mucho calor ya, se nota el veranito !
Hoy os traigo mi versión del Daf de mayo que propusieron Mila y Montse de M&M Creative Girls en FB. Esta gran mujer de Kenia fue una gran política y ecologista, y luchó siempre por un desarrollo sostenible, además obtuvo en 2004 el premio Nobel de la Paz. He creado esta página aplicando una capa de varias acrílicas en tonos verdes y blando con pincel. Una vez seco, he usado un esténcil de hojas con pinturas acrílicas en verde y amarillo. Luego he añadido la foto sobre un trozo de cartón para elevarla un poco, y la he bordeado con lápices marrón y negro. He elevado tres árboles, saliendo de la foto, con bolígrafos gel con glitter, en negro, marrón y gris. He sellado ramas con tinta Stazón negra y sello de silicona.. En la parte inferior, he pegado papel crepon verde y amarillo, pistilos de plástico, un trozo de tela y un washi tape que me regalaron. Finalmente he añadido gotas de pintura acrílica naranja y blanca en los pistilos y en los árboles, luego un poco de amarilla también. Espero que os guste. Besotillos.

Beautiful as always Caty, your use of colours is always a delight to see and the lady on you used has such a warm inviting smile. Laky looks very comfortable in the sun - here we have heavy rain every day.

This feels so Carribean. It makes me want to wrap up in a colorful sarong and lounge under some palm trees, which grow here where I live, but I suppose since we are warm and green I could lound under something local. Smile. You created such wonderful plants in this piece. And I love seeing Laky sunbathing. My dogs do that too. I love how all dogs do the same things but are are different. Happy weekend my friend.
