Qué calor que hace hoy ! Estamos a 24 º¨C/o 75ºF, me he puesto una chaqueta fina esta mañana para pasear a mi perro, pero me la he tenido que quitar del calor que hacía. Otoño caluroso !

Today it´s a very hot day ! We have 24ºC/ 75ºF, and I put on a thin jacket this morning, when I went for a walk with my dog, but I had to take it off due to the warm weather. This is a hot Autumn !

Para crear esta página he usado témpera en barra de color blanco, glitter por encima, luego pintura acrílica metalizada en rojo y en morado, una vez seco, de nuevo témpera blanco. He cortado un corazón en una cartulina negra y he troquelado mariposas y corazones en una cartulina blanca pintada con varios colores de acrílicas. Para terminar, he escrito las palabras con rotulador negro permanente : spreading love & wishes (esparciendo amor y deseos).

I have created this page using white stick tempera, then glitter all over, and then metallic acrylic paint, first red and purple after. Once dry white tempera paint again. I have cut a heart in black cardstock, and then die cut butterflies and hearts in black and white cardstock, the white one was painted with several acrylic paints. Endly I wrote the words with a black permanent marker : spreading love & wishes.
Hace una semana tuvimos mucha lluvia aquí, y se cayó un pino del parque. Como al día siguiente lo iban a cortar, pues me apresuré en coger unas cuantas piñas y ramitas, para decorar la Navidad.

A week ago we had a lot of rain here, and a tree fell in the park. The next day they were going to cut it, so I hurried to pick up pineapples and twigs to decorate Christmas.
La terraza de mi vecina de la primera planta estaba llena de agua.
The terrace of my neighbor of the first floor was full of water.
Estoy tricotando, y...... no sé qué haré 😄
I am knitting and.... I don´t know what I´ll do 😄

EliminarButterflies and hearts are 2 of my favorite images to use in art. You used them so well and created such a wonderful page. The black really makes the colored pieces pop. We have rain coming tomorrow; we've had rain all week. I hope you're having a wonderful week. Hugs-Erika
