Black, white and one colour ....

Hola Corazones,

Estoy encantada y para  mí es un honor poder participar en el nuevo y fabuloso reto de Try it on Tuesday : Negro y Blanco y otro color más , como Guest Designer. Muchas gracias a Avril y a todo el equipo de Try it on Tuesday por su amable invitación. O invito a visitar sus blogs, y los blogs del equipo de diseño,  porque están llenos de preciosidades. Este reto me hace salir de mi zona de confort, ya que me chiflan los colores vivos, pero, considero también que ofrece muchas posibilidades. Así pues,  esta es mi inspiración, una tarjeta que  se prepara ya para la Navidad, con negro, blanco y rojo !

I am delighted and for me it is an honor to be participating in the lovely new challenge theme over Try it on Tuesday : Black, white and one colour....,   as Guest Designer.  Many thanks to Avril and the whole team for their so kind invitation. You may visit their blogs, and the DT blogs too,  because they are full of treasures. This challenge makes me leave my comfort zone, because I am crazy about bright and happy colours, but I also think that it could offer many possibilities. So, this is my inspiration, a card that is already prepared for Christmas, with black, white and red !

Then I publish some more photographs of my card.

Si queréis saber cómo he creado esta tarjeta, os dejo unas fotografías y las correspondientes explicaciones del paso a paso. También he de decir que estaba tan ilusionada que se me olvidó sacar fotos del paso a paso de mi tarjeta,  por lo que lo realicé creando una tarjeta nueva, similar.

And if you would like to know more details about how I have created my card,  the next photographs are the step by step. I also want to say that I was so excited that I completely forgot to take photographs of the step by step of my card, so I did it by creating a similar new card.

He utilizado papel de acuarela Van Gogh de 200 gr (94 lbs) de 17 cm x 12´2 cm, y lo he fijado con cinta de carrocero a un folio. Luego he dibujado muy suavemente el árbol, el iglú y la luna.

I have used water colour paper Van Gogh of 200 gr (94lbs)  17 cm x 12´2 cm, I have fixed it to a sheet with masking tape. Then I have softy drawn the tree, the moon and the igloo.

He pintado los dibujos con tinta china nº 17 y un pincel nº 10 y una vez seco, he borrado los trazos que quedaban del lápiz.

I have painted the drawings with chinese ink nº 17 and a paintbrush nº 10, when dried, I have  erased the remaining strokes of the pencil.

Luego he echado pinturas acrílicas blanca Titan y roja Dylusions postbox en un recipiente, mezclando ambas pinturas hasta conseguir distintas tonalidades y he pintado la  tarjeta.

Then I have put acrylic paints Titan white and Dylusions postbox red in a small container,  mixing both paints in view to get different shades.

 Con una gotita de tinta china y agua he pintado algunas zonas más oscuras en  la tierra y el iglú. Y he usado un pinctore para realizar los puntos del árbol en blanco y rojo.

I have painted some shades on earth and igloo with a little drop of chinese ink and water, and with a pinctore  I ´ve done the white and red dots of the tree.

Una vez seco dibujé algunas estrellas pequeñitas aleatoriamente con un bolígrafo rojo de purpurina, y también dibujé  el borde de la luna, el efecto es  muy bonito.

I let it dry and  then made some little red stars and retouched the moon´s border with a red  glitter ballpoint, I love the result.

Para hacer la tarjetita de felicitación, he usado un trocito del mismo papel de acuarela que para la tarjeta, he estampado un sello de silicona de Teresa Collins con tinta Stazon  (que no está en la foto), he hecho el cuadrido rojo con el bolígrafo de purpurina , y he distresado con Distress Ink black soot de Ranger.  Una vez seco, he añadido cuadritos de doble cara y tacky glue, y lo he pegado a la tarjeta.

To make the little label, I have used a piece of the same watercolour paper as for the card, a stamp by Teresa Collins with Stazon ink (not in the photograph ), made the red square with the glitter ballpoint,  and distressed with Distress ink  black soot by Ranger. Once dry, I added double-sided squares behind it, also tacky glue, and stuck it to the card.

Luego he puesto gotitas de tacky glue  aquí y allá, y también en la luna roja y debajo del iglú, y encima pequeños confetis rojos, me gustan porque brillan mucho.

Then I added some drops of tacky glue here and there, and also in the red moon and just under the igloo,  and put little red confetti over them. I really like these bright confetti.

Finalmente  remarqué la estrella del árbol con un Uni-ball Signo broad de color blanco, y pegué la tarjeta a la cartulina roja y después a la negra,

I finally remarked the edges of the star with a white Uni-ball Signo broad, and stucked the card to red and black card stock.

Y esta es mi segunda tarjeta.
And this is my second card.
