He creado esta página de Art Journal pensando en la magnífica propuesta que Chris nos ha hecho para Art Journal Journey, y que es "Art for Art´s Sake ", lo que viene a significar algo así como el Arte por el bien del Arte, y que ofrece un sinfín de posibilidades. Naturalmente, os invito a visitar el precioso blog de Chris así como Art Journal Journey, os encantarán sin duda.
También participo con esta página en Try it on Tuesdays, con el hermoso tema propuesto "Book Paper", y os invito a visitar la página, porque encontraréis auténticas obras de arte !, Muchas gracias Yvonne por invitarme, su blog os dejará maravillados!!
He realizado el fondo pegando varios trozos de papel de libro viejo y una hoja de cuaderno, ambas envejecidas aún más con café. Luego he pegado un trocito de tela-gasa beige, he sellado con una flor, y por los bordes, he ido usando varios colores de cera pastel. Luego he añadido un trocito de cartulina roja, he rasgado los bordes, y he pegado una ramita de flores amarillas y un no-troquel de mariposa. la mariposa la he pegado sobre unas hojas secas, a las que he pintado con cola para que no se rompan.

La mariposa troquelada en papel ondulado pintado con acrílicas de diferentes colores, y en esta foto también se aprecia el borde de la tela-tul beige.
