Esta tarjeta es muy scrap, y he usado cartulinas, papeles de scrap, puntilla, troqueles, flores de papel y de ganchillo, botones, perlitas, sellos para los sentimientos, corazón de corcho y glitter.

This card is  scrappy, and I have used cardboard, scrap paper, lace, dies, paper and crochet flowers, buttons, pearls, stamps for feelings, cork heart and glitter.

Tenía muchas ganas de enseñaros  los regalitos que me envió Elizabeth, y que adoro, las cartas de juego, la nota musical mi, los tickets, la preciosa postal, la carta de restar, la colorida servilleta de papel.

T is for Christmas cards and Art journal

 Hola Corazones,

Hoy os quiero enseñar una página de art journal que hice el año pasado, y que viene perfecta para participar  en el reto propuesto este mes por Valerie de Bastelmania para AJJ, unas puertas se abren y otras se cierran. Efectivamente, eso nos pasa a todos, cuando cerramos una puerta, abrimos otra a nuevas experiencias, nuevas ideas, nuevas aventuras, como las aventuras que podemos vivir en ese palacio precioso, de algún exótico lugar del mundo. Hay tantos lugares que visitar !

Igualmente me tomo un cappuccino, con Bleubeard & Elizabeth de Altered Book Lover y el fantástico equipo del T-day hoy (después de tanto tiempo sin tomarme un té con ellas, ayyy)            Happy T-day !

Today I want to show you an art journal page that I did last year, and which is perfect to participate in the challenge proposed this month by Valerie from Bastelmania for AJJ, some doors open and others close. Indeed, that happens to all of us, when we close one door, we open another to new experiences, new ideas, new adventures, like the adventures that we can live in that beautiful palace, in some exotic place in the world. Mi cappuccino !!

Y a continuación la segunda página de art journal. Para ambas páginas he usado restos de papeles, recortes de revistas, sellos, puntilla, lana, y ceras oil pastel, que me gustan mucho.

Then the second art journal page. For both pages, I have used bits of paper, from review too, stamps, lace, wool and oil pastels crayons, that I love.

Ahora os enseño algunas de las tarjetas de navidad que hice el pasado año, las de este año, las publicaré más adelante.

De cumple en cumple !

 Hola Corazones,

En estos días navideños, os traigo una tarjeta de cumpleaños que hice hace tiempo, scrapera total. He usado cartulinas, papel de scrap floreado, flores de papel, perlitas, puntilla, sellos y purpurina. Es una tarjeta fácil de hacer, y me gusta cómo quedó.

In these Christmas days, I bring you a scrapy birthday card that I made a long time ago. I have used cardstock, flowered scrap paper, paper flowers, pearls, lace, stamps and glitter. It's an easy card to make, and I like how it turned out.

También hice unos porta- lápices con botes de cristal de yogures. Yo  tengo uno dónde he metido todos los lápices de ojos, labios y eyeliner, son graciosos. Unos son para mayores y otros para las niñas.

I also made pencil holders with  glass yogurt jars. I have one where I have put all the eye, lip and eyeliner pencils, they are funny. Some are for our little girls.

He puesto primero una gruesa capa de gesso, los he pintado, dejado secar y luego he pegado dibujos distintos y añadido una capa de liquitex medium. he hecho un cordón de crochet y lo he atado a la parte superior añadiendo algún adorno.

I have first put a thick layer of gesso, I have painted them, let them dry and then I have glued different drawings and added a layer of liquitex medium. I have made a crochet cord and tied it to the top adding some ornament.

Aquí os dejo otra tarjeta de cumpleaños infantil, llena de alegría, puro scrap.

Then a child birthday card, full os happiness and scrap.

FELICES FIESTAS !

 Hola Corazones,

Espero que estéis pasando todos unas muy Felices Fiestas Navideñas, en buena compañía, de vuestros familiares y amigos, siempre que se pueda, porque este año también, hemos de cuidarnos entre todos.

Deseo que el próximo Año Nuevo 2022 venga lleno de cosas buenas, y que traiga sobre todo salud.
