Le lapin rouge

Hola Corazones,

Ya estamos oficialmente en Primavera por este hemisferio norte, y, por aquí, nuestro día nos trae mucho viento,  si yo tuviera alas, seguramente estaría volando y dejándome llevar por las alturas.
Pero, volvamos a la tierra, como este pequeño conejo que pisa fuerte por el bosque, con una cestita llena de comida, sí si.... os suena el cuento !

He creado varias capas con papel de scrap, de kraft, ondulado, hojas de libro viejo y cartulina, entintando los bordes con tinta distress, y al pequeño tag impreso de "conejita roja" (Caperucita roja es el cuento original) le remarqué los bordes y le añadí un cordoncito beige. Luego añadí también un trocito de puntilla blanca, unas flores de papel, y de puntilla, unos hilos y lana y un par de flores, a la más grande la pinté con rotulador permanente dorado.

Y ésta es una tarjeta infantil, por el día de mi pequeña Cynthia

Muy scrap también, papel de scrap con un poco de embossing, cinta rosa, lana, pegatinas de flor y mariposa, flor de papel, una  de sus princesas favoritas, y una mariposa hecha en acetato, pintada con acrílicas y con un poquito de glitter. Purpurina y la felicitación sobre cartulina rosa, remarcando los bordes con pinceles acuarelables, más glitter y una flor.

Estas flores viven dentro de un instituto, me encantan.

Say it with Flowers - Happy T-day !

hola Corazones,

Por aquí el día está nublado a ratos, y hace un poco de viento, pero sin frío. Espero que estéis disfrutando de un tiempo  agradable, casi de primavera !  Mi última creación está inspirada en el fantástico tema que nos trae Pirjo para Try it on Tuesday : Say it with Flowers.
Hoy también me tomo un café con Elizabeth and Bleubeard en T stands for Tuesday, siempre en buena compañía.

Here, the day is cloudy at times, and a little windy, but not cold. I  hope you are enjoying a nice weather, almost Spring !  my latest creation is inpired by the fantastique theme that Pirjo brings us over Try it on Tuesday  :  Say it with Flowers.

He creado el fondo con papel de acuarela, pintando con una esponja y acuarelas de varios colores , dejando secar, y añadiendo unas flores con pasta de textura y un esténcil, luego unos rombos con pasta de textura con una gotita de acrílica rosa fuscia y estécil. Una vez seco, he añadido un trocito de puntilla hecha a crochet, unas hojas, recortadas en papel con tijeras de forma, selladas con un sello de silicona y tinta distress. También he añadido tres flores de papel, a una le he ido dando toques con tinta distress y a las otras dos, les he puesto pegamento con glitter en los pétalos.  Unos filamentos/hilos para adornar y el sentimiento, sellado sobre papel de acuarela (esponja y acuarela amarilla), remarcando los bordes con tinta distress.

I created the background with watercolour paper, painting with a sponge and watercolours, once dried, I added some a flowers texture with a stencil, then, a few rhombs with texture paste and a drop of pink fuscia acrylic and a stencil. Once dry, I added a piece of crochet lace, and also some leaves, cut out on paper with shapes scissors,  and stamped with a silicone words stamp and distress ink. I have also added three paper flowers, one with some distress ink, and the other two, with touches of glue with glitter on the petals. Then, some threads for decorate, and the feeling, stamped on watercolour paper too (sponge and yellow watercolour), highlighting the edges with distress ink.

Mi café con galletas de canela, riquísimas ! La servilleta es de Mojácar, un pueblo de Almería, y debajo el indalo, símbolo de nuestra provincia, en una próxima entrada os contaré su historia.

My coffee with cinnamon cookies ,  delicious ! The napkin is from Mojácar, a village of Almería, and under  the indalo, symbol of our province. In a next post, I shall tell you its story.

Inspired by a word... Joy !

Cada día nos vamos acercando  más a la primavera, y con ella, también llega tiempos de alegría, Joy ! Precisamente esta palabra me ha inspirado para crear arte, siguiendo la fantástica propuesta de Sabine para Try it on Tuesday : Inspired by a word. He creado este fondo con una cartulina que tenía, trás haberla usado para impregnarla de pintura  que había puesto en otra cartulina, juntándolas las dos y presionando para que la pintura pasara de una a otra. El resultado es magnífico. Luego he sellado flores con un crayon acuarelable, y la palabra Joy, también sellada aleatoriamente. He añadido una puntilla hecha a crochet, una mariposa rosa , unos corazones, flor de papel y otra de goma eva, un lacito y pegamento con purpurina de varios colores. He sellado el sentimiento central sobre cartulina rosa, remarcando los bordes con distress, y elevándolo con trocitos de cartón de embalar.  Finalmente unas perlitas y remarco los bordes con tinta distress. Espero que os guste, besotillos.

I have created this background with a cardboard that I had, after having used it to impregnate it with acrylic paints I put on another piece of cardboard, joining them together and pressing for the paint to  move from one to the other. The result is magnifique. Then, I stamped flowers with  watercolours crayons, and the word Joy, stamped randomly. I added a crochet lace, a pink butterfly, some hearts, a paper flower with a little foamy flower inside, and glitter glue of different colours. I stamped the feeling on a pink cardboard, highlighted the edges with distress, and elevating it with little pieces of cardboard. Finally two perls and the edges with distress ink. I hope you ´ll like it.

 Aquí, en las manchas de pintura rosa, amarilla y violeta, se nota la presión de las cartulinas y la posterior separación de ambas.

Here, you can note the pressure of the cardboards and the later separation in the spots of the acrylic paints.

He remarcado los bordes de los corazones y de la mariposa con bolígrafo con purpurina.

I have highlighted the edges of the hearts and the butterfly with glitter ballpoint pens.

Seize Today - Springtime2

Hola Corazones,

Espero que todo vaya muy bien para todo el mundo, y que el tiempo acompañe un poco, para poder disfrutar del fin de semana que se avecina. Por aquí hace un día fabuloso y soleado, ya está entrando algo de calor primaveral, que anuncia la primavera y la llegada de las golondrinas, estos pajarillos me encantan!!
Y me complace participar  en la fantástica propuesta de Jo, cuyo tema es "Hello Springtime" para Art Journal Journey, y os invito a visitar sus blogs llenos de preciosidades.

He usado dos cartulinas azules, y encima el fondo, una cartulina blanca con pinturas acrílicas en spray caseras, dejando gotear, me gusta mucho el efecto. Una vez seca, he remarcado los bordes con tinta distress, he sellado con sellos de flores y de golondrinas, he añadido también perlitas, lana, y un sello de Seiza today sobre cartulina azul clarito. Espero que os guste, besotillos.

Thank always

Hola Corazones,

Hoy seguimos con viento por aquí, aunque un poco menos que ayer, y temperatura agradable, sobre los 20 ºC, caminando hacia la primavera ya.

Hoy os traigo una tarjeta con un fondo mixed media, puesto que he usado acrílicas con esténciles, acrílicas en spray caseras, y varios sellos con distress y watercolour crayons. También  una gran flor beige que he hecho de crochet, un pequeño tag que tenía los bordes con embossing, un pequeña tarjeta ovalada con flores , el sentimiento, he distressado todos los bordes. Finalmente he añadido una rosa, mariposas, glitter y un trocito de puntilla . Espero que os guste, besotillos.

So very Special

Hola Corazones,

Hoy os traigo una tarjeta muy tierna con colores suaves, una mezcla de mixed media y algo de scrap, hecha con base de cartulina azul, encima una cartulina pintada con acrílicas rosas, y encima de ésta última papel de acuarela pintado con acrílicas en spray, notas musicales con pasta de textura y un esténcil, unas flores troqueladas con perlitas, un trocito de puntilla blanca, unos sellos y una mariposa troquelada rosa. Espero que os guste.

Igualmente desearía participar con Elizabeth and Bleubeard en T stands for Tuesday, os invito a visitar su blog, está llenito de preciosidades. Y para acompañarla, os traigo un restaurante mexicano, La Catrina, dónde almorzaron mi hijo y su novia la semana pasada. Les gustó mucho, buena comida y un lugar agradable, me mandaron unas cuantas fotos, que publico a continuación.

Today I show you a very tender card with soft colours, a mixture of mixed media and scrap. The base is a blue cardboard, then a cardboard painted with pink acrylics, then a watercolour paper painted with acrylics in spray, musical notes with textured paste and stencil, flowers cut with pearls, a piece of white lace, stamps and a diecut pink butterfly. Hope you like it.

I show you a Mexican restaurant, here in Almería, called "La Catrina", where my son and his girlfriend had lunch last week. They liked it a lot, good food and a nice and quiet place. Moodboard MM febrero ... Hello Springtime !

Espero que el domingo sea lindo y con buen tiempo, por aquí soleado !

Para realizar esta página, primero pegué unas cuantas hojas secas y encima papel de seda blanco, pero las hojas secas no se notan porque están debajo de todo, le dan textura. Luego pinté la página con acrílicas de color verde, y chalk paint en gris y azul.  Después fui pegando trocitos de hojas de libro viejo, y varios  restos de papeles, así como un pequeño tag y recortes de flores azuladas de una caja de colonia que me regalaron para mi cumpleaños. Luego añadí chalk paint amarillo ocre y verde son un esténcil y una vez seco, fui sellando con un sello de flor, aleatoriamente. Pegué un trocito de tela pintada muy suavemente con acrílicas y mi pajarito dibujado con  bolígrafos y pintado con rotuladores acuarelables y chalk paint amarillo ocre. Finalmente, dibujé muchos pájaros con un rotulador permanente negro, pintando algunos con bolígrafo con glitter en rojo. Espero que os guste !, besotillos.

I created this page, gluying first a few dry leaves, and over them white tissue paper, but we can´t see the dried leaves because they are under everything, they just give some texture. Then I painted the page with green acrylics and chalk paints in grey and blue colours. I added them some pieces of old book and several scraps of papers, as well as a small tag and blue flowers, from a box of eau de toilette they gave me for my birthday. Then, I added chalk pain yellow and green with stencils. When it was dry, I stamped a flower randomly, I glued a piece of fabric painted very softly with acrylics and also added the little bird I drew with pens and painted with watercolours markers and yellow chalk paint. Finally, I drew many birds with a black permanent marker,  and painted some of them with a red ballpoint with glitter. I hope you like it, kisses.
